Jessica Betancourt is a certified hypnotherapist and holistic health coach. She specializes in supporting people in seeing their habitual approach to substance use as an outdated habit that no longer serves their evolving sense of self and how to create powerful identity shifts so that their use of vice feels no longer necessary.
Evidently, what many clients report after applying her methods is a greater sense of mental and emotional freedom, greater physical ease and a stronger sense of spiritual connection. Her modalities include hypnosis, Neuro-linguistic programming, somatic release, shamanic journeying meditation, and optional micro-dosing.
Jessica is also the host of The Radical Healing Podcast (https://redcircle.com/shows/mindful-drinking-for-women) and is currently working on a book about addiction transformation.
