Erin Prather Stafford and her guest Brea Schmidt talk about Schmidt's online platform The Thinking Branch, and why parents and caregivers need to think about their approach to self-care and mental health.

Brea Schmidt is a sought-after keynote speaker, Iris-Award-nominated writer, and social media  professional who creates space for raw conversation about our approach to self-care and mental health while we navigate the various roles we play in our personal, parenting, and professional lives.

In 2016, following a successful career in sales in pro sports and during the growth of her  professional photography business, Brea launched The Thinking Branch social media platform. Her goal? To find and create connection on the real and raw things we endure in life and motherhood. Today, she's become known for the vulnerable storytelling about life's less-than-perfect moments that have created an online community of over 150,000 combined followers and reached thousands at corporate events and conferences nationwide.
