She has served as Lead Consultant for the World Bank Group Liberia School Readiness Assessment System project, trained over 5000 teachers internationally and as Head of the Curriculum Development and Planning Unit for Early Childhood Education and Care & Cycle One for the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Education where she led the development of Baraem Al Mustaqbal: The UAE National Early Childhood Curriculum Birth to 8.
