Cynthia’s journey began with a deep-rooted calling to lead and uplift others. Even as a teenager, peers and adults alike gravitated to her for guidance. Life demanded maturity early, pushing her to grow through personal challenges and rise as a woman of faith, resilience, and unwavering purpose. Though she stumbled into entrepreneurship, she always knew she was meant to mentor. Over the last 25 years, she has coached and championed women toward self-awareness, personal growth, and bold decision-making in business and beyond.
The first in her family to earn both a bachelor’s and master’s degree, Cynthia is a proud daughter and granddaughter of Mexican immigrants. Today, she wears many hats—pastor’s wife, devoted mom, creative entrepreneur, and trusted mentor to women navigating the intersection of ambition, faith, and family. Whether guiding clients through a brand launch or encouraging them through a personal pivot, Cynthia creates space for transformation through strategy and soul.
Beyond business, Cynthia is a creative spirit who finds joy in travel, dancing, and time by the ocean with her husband and son. A former Miss California USA contestant and trained MAC makeup artist, she brings beauty, depth, and authenticity to everything she does. Fluent in Spanish and passionate about legacy-building, she is on a mission to help women become the firsts in their own families—the first to believe bigger, lead boldly, and live fully aligned with who they were created to be.
